Originally from Virginia, Zelda now lives in Queens, New York, where her walls are made of books and the jukebox in her head is filled with showtunes. She graduated from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Drama and a minor in Creative Writing. For her short fiction, she won the 2nd Annual LJ Idol in 2009, as well as The Standard Culture's Dog Days contest. A writer of short fiction, plays, poetry, theater and television reviews, and academic articles on theater, she enjoys making chaos in D&D, seeing live theater, texting her friends to scream about the book she's reading, and telling stories. And chocolate oranges and really good pasta.
